Shipping policy


Shipment processing time

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days of the order date.
  • All orders will receive a confirmation email once shipped.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are handled on the following Monday, or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). 
  • For any lost or damage parcels please contact us immediately so we can issue a claim and get a new order processed.

 Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive you shipping confirmation within 2 hours of the item being shipped and you'll get your tracking number within 24 hours of your item being shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates will vary based on weight and will be automatically calculated at checkout. The chart below lists the carriers we use and their typical delivery timeframes. During check out, you'll be shown shipping prices for each carrier.

Damages

Customize the following: Twisted Craft Cocktails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
